How a couch sloth lost 56 pounds while eating pizza, cake and chocolate without ever lifting a finger

What if I told you this was possible?

 

What if I told you there was a way to lose immense amounts of weight with little to no exercise?

 

What if I told you there is a way you can have the body of your dreams AND eat what you want?

 

What if I told you that everything you've ever heard is dead wrong, everything I've ever said is dead wrong, and there IS a way to reach your goals while living off of junk food?

 

What if I told you it's a new way to health and it has worked 100% of the time?

 

Wouldn’t that be amazing?

 

I could tell you these things.

 

And I'd be lying.

 

It's amazing how many times I hear things like:

 

"I want to get in great shape...but I can't live without chocolate."

 

"I want to wear a two piece bikini...but I won't cut out candy."

 

"I want to be able to have unlimited energy reserves...but I can’t give up smoking."

 

"I want to be able to feel confident in my own skin...but there's no way I'm giving up dairy."

 

"I want to be able to go to my high school reunion with a body I can be proud of... but I can't live without my Latte."

 

"I want to be able to chase my kids around and live a long healthy life so I can watch my amazing children grow up and have kids of their own...but I'm not giving up soda."

 

Let me put this VERY simple.

 

If YOU will change, everything will change FOR you.

 

For the last few years I've spent a significant part of my time thinking, pondering and analyzing why people are overweight.

 

Conclusion: Lack of priorities.

 

People these days have a hard time seeing the results, and benefits, the future holds for them if they were to simply apply the effort and the discipline needed today.

 

Maybe it's because we aren't farmers?

 

I mean, they have to work from sun up to sun down all year long with ZERO reward but they know come fall it's time to reap!

 

What if 2 weeks after planting corn seed the farmer says "Screw this, this stuff ain't working I don't see any corn!" and quits?

 

Heck that's only 14 days. Would you last 14 days?

 

What if half way through the summer, a storm hits and ruins his crop and he loses everything. What does he do? Quit and say "shoot, this farming stuff is all lies, I lost it all and worked so hard, I followed all the rules, did everything right and lost it all, farming is a lie!"

 

No, the farmer restarts and does it all over again.

 

I know what you are thinking...

 

"But everyone KNOWS farming works, it's a proven fact, it's part of life, it's normal and is simple. Simply follow the steps, plant, water, sun and boom you get crop. Farming is science. Health is different. Health is random. It's not the same for everyone. I'm different. I can't lose weight. Health is magic!"

 

And I bet you lie to yourself in many other areas of your life as well.

 

Let's face it, diet isn't a mystery. Don't even for a second try and feed that to yourself. Don't forget, you aren't lying to me, you are lying to yourself. Health is a one person show.

 

Getting healthy, being fit, losing weight, eating right, all that stuff is NOT rocket science.

 

It's farming.

 

It's simple, it's about planting the right seeds, following the right steps, and putting in the time necessary to get the results.

 

If the farmer didn't get up and put in the hours needed, if he got lazy and slept in, didn't water, spent his time at the bar and candy store and nothing grew, he starved... Oh, and it, in turn, affected his whole family.

 

If you keep pumping your body with junk and never give it what it needs eventually you will have consequences.... oh, and it affects the whole family.

 

If you put in the appropriate effort, eat the right foods, and check in each week, you will succeed.

 

It’s not rocket science, it’s farming.
