A quick note... I often ponder on a chapter subject for a weeks, and sometimes even longer, but once I start writing, I can complete it all in one shot and I hit save. Before I get into this chapter, I have 3 quick points to make...
1 - Nothing worthwhile was ever achieved without significant effort. Note the word SIGNIFICANT. Nothing worth something comes easy. Little effort, little results. And this applies to… EVERYTHING.
2 - You can't OUT-TRAIN a BAD diet. If you bust your butt in the gym several times a week then eat like crap all week, well, guess what, you'll notice LIMITED, if any, changes. Don't expect the body you want, the million dollar body, while...
